As a true design/build firm, MAC design + build utilizes our in-house teams to provide convenience, continuity, flow, and price control throughout the building process. In-house services include: architectural design and drawings, interior design, landscape design and installation, project managers, construction managers and construction teams. We can also work with your own architect if you desire.

MAC DESIGN + BUILD OFFERS UNIVERSAL DESIGN

Universal Design is a modern concept that looks to the future needs of families. No longer just for the elderly or disabled, Universal Design is being incorporated into many new homes, and is beginning to be requested in home resales.

Elements of Universal Design include major living areas like kitchens, living rooms and master bedrooms being located on the first floor, with secondary rooms including bedrooms, home offices and exercise rooms on higher or lower floors.
