Wanting to differentiate ourselves from other firms, MAC brought our design/build teams in house: architects, construction and project managers, construction teams, interior designers, and landscaping. This allows MAC to control the entire project in construction design, flow and budget control, and our collaborative project management aid in completing work faster with fewer problems. In addition, clients often save up to 10% in costs compared to the more traditional approach.

Clients work directly with an owner through each phase of the design and construction process. Derek Leiter is the first contact, through interview and design. Then once construction begins, David Stone takes over. Clients are also assigned a project manager as a single point of contact wherever and whenever needed, and receive a weekly status report outlining progress and challenges.Through constant contact, we can ensure that clients remain in control of their project and that there are no surprises along the way or at project completion.
